Fratelli Rossetti is back with the Fuorisalone event, which for this edition features the Istanbul studio Autoban, in a year of important goals for both brands: the Milanese company celebrates its 70th anniversary and the Turkish design studio marks its first 20 years.. After successful collaborations with Lebanese Nada Debs, Belgian Alain Gilles and Italians Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, this time the Turkish designers Seyhan Özdemir Sarper and Sefer Çağlar are in the spotlight, presenting “Autoban Resort”. The artists will design the windows of the Milan boutique in Via Montenapoleone, which will be colored with bright yellow and green, recreating a fresh, exotic atmosphere. This is just the first step in a partnership that will come to life in 2024 with the creation of a sabot resulting from a fusion of Western and Eastern cultures. Autoban A multidisciplinary design studio based in Istanbul. Founded in 2003 by Seyhan Özdemir Sarper and Sefer Çağlar, Autoban aims to leave an indelible mark on the global landscape, community and people’s lives through unique, experiential design. This ever-unconventional studio has creatively redeveloped Istanbul’s urban landscape, as well as designing the interiors of the Turkish capital’s General Aviation Terminal, the new Manchester Stock Exchange Hotel, and the Joali Maldives Resort, among other projects.
